The European Nomadic Biennial, is a European pan-regional contemporary cultural biennale. Japan Nagasaki Architecture & Design exhibition
Elena invited to the project implementation team as part of her educational training in ECC Worldwide
In Japan 2026 ECC will present an international group of approx. 60 Architects and Designers with different cultural backgrounds and who are in different stages of their career, i.e. established Architects and Designers next to Architects and Designers whose works might be less known. A deciding factor is their individual approach. The Nagasaki Museum of History & Culture is one of the few museums in Japan devoted to the theme of "overseas exchange".

Hermitage Barcelona will operate as a kind of satellite institution for the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg. Mikhail Piotrovsky, called the new museum a “bridge for cultural exchange between St. Petersburg and Barcelona, between Barcelona and the Hermitage.” Toyo Ito, a Japanese architect who won the 2013 Pritzker Prize, has been tapped to design the new institution. www.hermitagebcn.com

Moscow Schusev State Museum of Architecture: "Cultural Architecture - The Future 2023" - project on hold
After the successful implementation of the architecture exhibition in Moscow in 2020, Elena, as a representative of ECC Russia will lead the team of the project.
The European Cultural Centre - Russia is organising a large architecture exhibition in the Schusev State Museum of Architecture in Moscow. "Cultural Architecture - The Future" runs from 30 March – 2 July 2023 and is created in cooperation with the ECC-Italy, which also organizes the large Biennial Architecture Exhibition in Venice.

The European Cultural Centre is a cultural organization which establishes cultural centers worldwide and is devoted to generate cultural exchange by organizing international art and architecture exhibitions, symposia and a wide range of cultural projects. The ECC has today established centers in Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Russia, India, South Africa and the USA. The European Cultural Center headquarter is in the Netherlands.

Founded in 1881, Real Circulo Artistico is a non-profit society dedicated to supporting the visual arts and encouraging cultural activities. The headquarters are located in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, at Palau dēls Comtes Pignatelli and Casa Bassols from the 16th century.
Among the most famous honoured figures: Pablo Picasso, Ramon Casas, Joaquin Sorolla, Joan Miró, Ignacio Zuloaga, Anglada Camaras, Antonio Gaudi, Santiago Rusiñol, Francesc Cambo, Montserrat Caballe (the association has supported opera for over 80 years) and many others.

Elena leads the implementation team for an opera/theatre/dance fellowship for gifted children from different countries. She also works for special projects for organising the invitation of investors and VIP guests to Salzburg.
In 2017, Solway Group became the production sponsor for "La clemenza di Tito" (directed by Peter Sellars and conducted by Teodor Currentzis) at the Salzburg Festival. To continue the partnership, Solway chose to sponsor the Salzburg Festival’s Opera Camps for Children and Youth. During the 5 years of this successful partnership, Solway integrated cultural and educational cooperation into its sustainability policy by developing an opera camp scholarship program in support of talented young people living in the local areas of Solway’s operations. Elena is a founder and the major HOAF consultant. Working with collectors of all levels - from novices to those who wish to gain new perspectives and enhance their existing collections, Elena provides comprehensive guidance in all stages of the artwork selection process, including: defining each client’s individual goals budget, and long-term vision, facilitating bespoke, site-specific artwork commissions, overseeing all aspects of delivery, installation, production, and conservation, establishing foundations and private museums.
Elena also develops cultural investment strategies for companies and private investors.
HOAF art advisors brings a unique and diverse skill set to the project, utilizing extensive knowledge of the art market, as well as a vast and trusting network of artists and galleries. HOAF is passionate about helping each artist and client realize their long-term vision. HOAF help connect artists with art fairs representatives through a series of personal meetings, organize studio visits / networking events with collectors. Founded on the belief that art has the ability to positively influence our daily lives and the spaces in which we live and thrive, the mission of HOAF is to develop individual cultural education programs with the ability to study individually.

Northern Renaissance Fellowship - Hieronymus BOSCH
In 2015, the Museo del Prado provided Elena with a grant to study the work of Hieronymus Bosch. Out of 300 applications, only 10 grant places were allocated and Elena became the only foreign participant. In the framework of the program, the opportunity was realized to participate in closed conferences with the world's best specialists in Bosch's work, to get acquainted with the Prado research team and the results of their work on the Bosch exhibition. In 2019, the educational course El Bosco en el Museo del Prado was published.
